This place is wonderful. They let you see the sorting process and answer any questions you have. The food is fantastic as is the gift shop style barn. They offer hay rides in the fall, church on Sunday mornings by the pond and drive in movies on the weekends on the side of the barn. Top notch all the way around.
Down here for the fall festival and it's lovely. The hayride was informative and fun, the food and cider tastes great and there's some little playful activities for younger kids. Would definitely recommend!
Over the years the popularity of this orchard has grown. The apple donuts are tasty but on the expensive side for a raised donut. They are best eaten warm and fresh. The cide has been the best i have ever had, but the last couple of years the flavor not as fresh as in days gone by. I don't know if that's because the mix of apples used is different or the crop is below average
EVERYONE loves this place! A Fall favorite in Ashtabula county. Beautiful setting. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available. Fresh cider, bakery, apples and more. There is a children's play area too.They offer hayrides and now have drive- in movie nights. The owners are always coming up with new ideas to enhance this place even more.
Small out-of-the-way orchard with some of the best - and different - varieties of apples I have ever seen. I love how you choose, by mix and match, the apples you want. Cider and donuts are always available, as well as a nice little area with tables and chairs. There are wagon rides on the weekends, walks through the orchards, a play area...much to see and do, without the events the orchard sponsors throughout their open season. Brant's is only open a few months, so be sure to check their Facebook page for times and dates. It's all on one level, very accessible for everyone. The only drawback for handicapped might be the gravel driveway and parking lot.
